This book is ridiculously good. I have to start the second book soon . Wonderful read, amazing story, and fantastic characters. You won't go wrong reading this book

I didn't think I was a dystopian fan myself but I did enjoy the Hunger Games and Divergent. I don't think you can really compare those with the Legend series though. They are vastly different in a number of ways. I am quickly becoming a fan of dystopia...lol I think you should give this one a try since it is very different and really well written.
I've read The Giver and The Hunger Games series, but otherwise not a ya dystopian fan. I've shied away from the genre since so many of them sound the same. But I'm really enjoying this one. About halfway done and completely gripped.
So in my case.. I'm a dystopian fan and I say this series is the best I've read! :) It's just too good and it has overcome some things where other dystopian authors have failed. It is so different from THG and Divergent. This is so much more. Highly recommended! ;)
I would say that the first book didn't grip me, I mean I liked it but didn't LOVE it you know, but Prodigy, that's the book that won this series over for me, if you doing like the first book power through to the second book, trust me it's worth it, but yeah finished the series now and although I wasn't sure of my feelings at the end of Champion I would definitely say I enjoyed the series, not my favourite dystopian but good.
It was really good! The characters were original and it felt different than the other goals of the other dystopian young teen novels I've read.
I loved this book. I thought it had a lot of great twists and the plot line was great too. I also found this dystopian world very interesting and had its own unique concepts. It didn't feel like a copycat to the Hunger Games which I highly appreciated. I enjoy new takes on the dystopian world genre. Who is everyone's favorite secondary character at this point in the series?

At least this series had a better ending. (view spoiler)

I really liked this one. I finished it a few days ago and went to the library and got the next 2 books today. Can't wait to get started.

I actually appreciated more the dystopian world genre after reading the series. First, it's very much different to THG (bc most are copycats in some ways). Very refreshing. Then of course, Legend's world is so much believable than others. I think its most likely to happen. Ha. The plot twists are great. The main characters (June esp) are so logical ;) And yes, the conclusion. (Others were disaster and tried to kill many characters we love.) Champion is the best. :)
I loved this series:) This is the only dystopia trilogy series so far that had an amazing last book. Mockingjay and Allegiant were disappointments, unfortunately.

Pamela wrote: "I'm almost finished with this and it's such an engaging read! Can't wait to go back to reading it."Pamela, read the rest of the trilogy. It's amazing
Beatrice wrote: "Pamela, read the rest of the trilogy. It's amazing"So I've heard! =D Waiting for the right time to buy it.
If you liked Legend, Demi, I really think you'll like the rest of the series. It's pretty consistently awesome!
I finished this boom in a day, no joke! I could not put it down and was in love with Day and June (I mean how can you not love them?)
Demi wrote: "i have only read Legend. i'm thinking about buying Prodigy, do you guys think it's worth it?"You should, the story unfolds further in a realistic way and gets even better! A MUST
I'm currently reading Legend.. and I was enjoying it till they introduced the romance, forced romance I've got to say. I will continue reading it but that put me off a little bit :(
