Wow,someone a general reader has actually heard of.
I was very happy about this. His last book called Buried Giant is one of my very favourite books.
I Must admit - I am NOT A Fan. I hated Remains of the Day and Never let me go.
I was hoping for Margaret Atwood I must admit.
Ishiguro has been on my to-read list forever, so now I've really got to get to it. I have to say, this article makes him seem very likable - and he thought Atwood should have won too! https://beta.theglobeandmail.com/news...
I remember enjoying Never Let You Go but I am quite excited for the Buried Giant. Glad to hear you like it Anna.
I have a copy of The Remains of the Day that I keep meaning to read. I guess this news should compel me to move it up the list.
