I didn't realise (until after I started reading) that The Harp in the South is part of a trilogy. The Harp in the South was written first in 1946 7 can be read independently. Missus was written in 1985.

Cphe is reading the trilogy (& based on my impressions of The Harp in the South it would be well worth doing that)

It will be interesting for us to hear how you feel Park's style evolved, Cphe.
