Thought this will be a good read but found the characters really disappointing.
I adore this book. brilliant!
I read The Nightingale about a year ago and found it quite good.
There is another book that I think was written near the same time as The Nightingale, and which takes place in the same time frame and location, and which is very good: All the Light We Cannot See
