That's very beautiful :)

(As an assignment for school, we were supposed to take the poem, "What If" by Shel Silvestein, and create new rhymes. I kept the original introduction, but the rest is what I came up with, but I followed the original idea by Shel Silverstein. Hope you enjoy!)

Last night while I lay thinking here,
Some Whatifs crawled inside my ear,
And pranced and partied all night long,
And sang their same old Whatif song,
Whatif the day isn't sunny?
Whatif my head feels funny?
Whatif my nose turns blue?
Whatif my paper is overdue?
Whatif my house splits in half?
Whatif the horse has a calf?
Whatif my dog jumped over the fence?
Whatif everyone spoke in past tense?
Whatif dad wore heels?
Whatif cats has gills?
Whatif the class won't be quiet?
Whatif I start a riot?
Whatif I lost my math book?
Whatif my brother tried to cook?
Whatif I'm late to school?
Whatif Bilbo Baggins challenged me to a duel?
Whatif fish would walk?
Whatif rats could talk?
Whatif I ruled an empire?
Whatif I get stalked by a vampire?
Whatif my hair turned green?
Whatif I met Katniss Everdeen?
Whatif Severas Snape is my teacher?
Whatif Voldemort is a church preacher?
Everything is well,
As far as I can tell,
But at night,
I'm not alright.
