Dear Group members,
My name is Robert Woolston and I'm the author of Stoicism 2.0: How Stoic Philosophy Can Improve Your Life in the 21st Century. My book covers the historical development of Stoicism, highlights prominent Stoic philosophers (Epictetus, Marcus Aurelius, etc) and how the philosophy can be applied to modern life.
