Mod

The P.B.L.E Headquarters is a large compound in the Rocky mountains, carved out of a mountain. The base is visible from the outside, but it gives the base a weird look. Basically white boxes on cliffs. The following are included.

- Commanding Officer's Office
- Rec Room
- Medbay
- Hanger
- Prison Keep
- Laboratory
- Conference Room
- Living Quarters
