Note on the Powerpoint presentations included in the Lecturer Materials
I've noticed that something has changed in my version of Powerpoint. The icon that I used for level 2 and level 4 of bulleted lists is now showing up as a box with a question mark, ant the symbol I originally chose for this is missing. I'm working on a fix for all presentations, but in the meantime if you have the same problem and want to fix it yourself without downloading new copies of the presentations when they're available, here's how.
View the master slides for the presentation you are in. Then go to the slides used (I really only use the first layout, but all options are available). Click on the 2nd level of a bulleted list and go to Format/Bullets and Numbering, then select Arrow Bullets. Do the same for level 4, and then close the master slide. All your bullets should look right again. This may even be faster than downloading new copies of the presentations!

So what's behind the login?
• In-Class Exercises: a pdf file of exercises I've used with the book that might give you ideas for exercises you want to develop
• Small Group Workshops: a pdf file with the instructions I've given for small group workshops. I hope this will give ideas for how you might implement something like that.
• Powerpoints: a folder with Powerpoint presentations on Chapters 4 & 8-14, plus Publishing and Workshop Guidelines. Presentations are in both 16:9 format and 4:3 formats.
