I liked the audio book version of the “And So In The End You End Up Becoming Yourself.” I have “the Pale King” in my queue. I’ll report back here after.

One nagging idea for me is though for this book, the goal of which is to make us more conscious of the beauty around us is,
the author killed himself. Admiring the beauty of life is appreciated when your brain synapses can generate the glow of peaceful contemplation. Ideas alone cannot penetrate dysfunctional brain chemistry.
