If you haven't read book 2, please don't read any further.

They said that Jude lost his hands in the accident. I think I might have missed something. Did he heal himself, or were those not his hands afterall?

Yeah that was a little weird. I think maybe that's part of Jude's powers (to heal quickly and heal from most injuries, that is). Like at the end of Evolution, after Noah beat up Jude, Jude didn't seem very injured while fighting Mara. So maybe he heals quickly? And he grew back his hands? Which is gross to think about. Hopefully it'll be explained in Retribution.

I think I remember them saying something about him injuring others to heal himself or make himself more powerful? I guess I need to reread! Haha. I don't envy the people that read book 2 two years ago...I can barely get myself to wait a few months!!

I think it was that whenever he got hurt the non "super power" people got hurt too? It was his "insurance" whenever he was in a fight. Haha yeah I'm glad I only read the books recently and not when they first came out!
