Review My Thriller discussion

We all know how important reviews are for the success of your book. I have started compiling a list of review services and sites. Please add more to the list. Here are 3 that I started to use:

Have you tried any of these? And if so, how was the outcome? Did you see a rise in your booksales?

For the first time I used #1 and #3. It's too early to say the results. I have used pump up your book previously for a blog tour. The results were unfortunately lower yield. As a result I went for the low cost yet higher results of a review tour with pump up your book. I was able to get a bunch of useful reviews with them previously with the more costly blog tour.

Signed up for the first two services and have done the third suggestion several times with fair results. Will let you know how it goes wth my new release.

Back to my first post. It is almost 4 weeks since I signed up for option 1 and 3. However, no reviews thus far. I am not sure how long it takes for a review. However, I'm starting to feel my money could have been better spent.

To recap, Pump Up Your Book for reviews did not prove useful. I would recommend not using their review services. Also, their blog tour packages consistently did not yield book sales. I would save your money and avoid their services.
