ONTD Book Club discussion

Okay bitches. We need some new books for next month. I think we will stick with just one book for the rest of the year (yas/no?).

I'd like some graphic novels and/or something challenging, but unique.

What about Boy, Snow, Bird by Helen Oyeyemi? It's supposed to be good. Have you guys read Caramelo by Sandra Cisneros? It's a good read for a glimpse into Hispanic literature and storytelling.

And one book is totally fine.

I found all of my Sandman books the other night and am really wanting to read those again now.

I'm good with just one book.

I suggest The Golem and the Jinni.

1 book sounds good to me. I've never read a graphic novel, but I'm game.

I read Boy, Snow, Bird, and it lost me with the last 50 pages. I was angered by that ending.

I've been wanting to read Ursula Le Guin for awhile; I know its not a graphic novel and may not be challenging (never read her before), but I thought maybe I would throw it out there. Maybe Left Hand of Darkness?

I've been interested in reading Saga, Rat Queens, and Sex Criminals so I second those suggestions!
