Quotes can be only a few words long, but they can mean so much - they can make such a huge difference when you're feeling down, and they can show you that your'e not alone. They can be from books, movies, comics, from anywhere - but which one's are your favourites?

Oh I love quotes! They are often a comfort or an inspiration for me. There are so many wonderful quotes out there, but one that has been a guiding force for me was penned by Henry David Thoreau: “If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put foundations under them.”

My favourite quote is "It's not the armour that makes the hero, but the man inside" (Iron Man)
