I'm new here, and not entirely sure this group is active :)

I'm looking for a good cookbook, revolving tasty high protein vegan dishes.

Any recommendations?

I can recommend about "oy vey vegan" by Estee Raviv, It is focused on the health benefits of a plant based diet. a lot of high protein recipes.

Tatjana (antoniabird) | 43 comments I think this is a hard topic. When people say "High protein" what they usually mean is "Low carbohydrate". If you are looking to get the super-protein shot of meat in a plant-based world, you may need to take some time to consider what your goal is.
Every single cookbook I've seen that is both High Protein and Vegan involves a lot of nuts and protein powder. Neither of those are really my thing, but I appreciate people who are into it.
The non-protein powder recipes in Protein Ninja were pretty good.
There's this one that's super popular at our library:
The Great Vegan Protein Book.
Good luck!

Thank you for your comment!

Though I currently use protein powder, that was not my intention. I mostly meant books which include many recipes based on legumes, which are high enough in protein for my liking. For example, Vegan Richa's Indian Kitchen: Traditional and Creative Recipes for the Home Cook is awesome for that purpose, and for all others :)

I am not against authors promoting their own book, but I think you should disclose that you are the author.

Antonella Michelotti | 8 comments This is my suggestion,😁 as I wrote the book !
I am an Italian chef-blogger with 30 years of experience in professional cooking.
The book, as the title says, concerns vegan and gluten free recipes.
Only natural plant based protein are involved, no ogm soy.
Real italian taste.

Grazie :)

Can I maybe find some reviews for your book here on goodreads?

Antonella Michelotti | 8 comments It's just been published and the distribution started two days ago,
I do not think that any review is possible at present!
Yours could be the first one ;-)

Awesome, thank you! It might be!
Regardless, I hope the book will be very successful.
