What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Looking for a book I read a couple of years ago, can't remember when exactly. Main character is a girl who's living in a private community and her dads the park ranger. So basically all the kids have supernatural abilities but they don't know it. The whole community is a set up so the kids can be monitored.
At some point they get a attacked and evacuate on helicopters but the helicopter the girls on crashes and they end up running through a forest from the people searching for them.
I think at some point she gets caught and locked up in a lab with a few other supernaturals but eventually gets free.
That's all I really remember about. Any help finding it would be great it's driving me crazy.
