Robbie Amell has been cast as Ronnie Raymond AKA Firestorm.

I liked him in the four episodes of Revenge I watched - I'm sure he'll do a fine job acting-wise as Firestorm. He has an interesting look about him.

He will be assuming the role of Firestorm and be a recurring character almost like Green Lantern is best friends with the Flash inthe comics and what seems to be a team up movie in a few years. I'm not sure if they will be best friend but more like fighting acquaintances.

Captain Cold has been cast

yes it has as well as stating that he will be the leader of the rogues that will all be introduced during the season.
Also it haws been stated that the CW is planning on definite crossovers between the Flash and Arrow.
Ep 8 involves Felicity and later episodes with a 2 hour crossover story.

I believe that I saw that Felicity is in Flash ep. 4

James your entirely right, my mistake, its the two hour crossover episode 8 in both programs.

I've also heard that Killer Frost or her human character is to appear in Arrow also. Apparently she will get powers at some point in time.
