Romance Readers Rendezvous discussion

Hi everyone. I'm a brand new author, just released my first novel Fractured and I'm looking for reviews. I'm just new to Goodreads too. Im still figuring the site out and not sure if this is the right way to go about asking people to review and put my book on their shelves? Any info would be great, thanks!
