Happily Ever After Cafe discussion

I recently read Eyes of Silver, Eyes of Gold by Ellen O'Connell and just loved it.

The basic theme is about the hero and heroine who are both misunderstood and not very much liked by their respective families. But once they get married (under less than ideal circumstances), they find happiness in one another and also manage to become successful on the eyes of their families through each others lives and support.

I just loved this theme and am looking for other books similar to this. Please suggest any books with a similar theme.

Sorry, I haven't read this book yet, Palm. It has been strongly recommended to me by several people. I'm just worried I'll cry.

No, Actually this is the only book I have read from the author. None of the others piqued my interest as this one :)

Ah. I've heard people who like Eyes of Silver... also like , which I haven't read, either.
