Published June 28th 2016. Has anyone started?

I've finished this one and I found it very confusing. She jumps all over the place and every chapter starts with the next day. I kept wondering the next day to what exactly. The story line was pretty but she kept jumping from past to present. I found it difficult to keep up.

I just started listening to this one. the timing worked out. I try to line up my book with the topic of the month but it almost never line up!!!

Linda, you make a good point, it does take time to get use to the book's "reverse" timeline. e.g. Friday to Monday instead of Monday to Friday

I really liked this book. The way it's told isn't too confusing once you get a grip on it, it just goes backwards, and then at the VERY end brings you back to...the very end. I definitely appreciate that the author tried something different, and it must have been a challenge to make sure they were revealing clues in an order that worked logically with the timeline!

Still on hold at the library maybe i can get it read next month if they ever call me

I definitely enjoyed this book, it kept my mind engaged! I thought the characters were all very interesting as well. Did anyone have favorites?

I really enjoy the book, but I did not like the fact the author, thru nic, excuse men's actions. the reverse timeline is very interesting and I really like the ending. truth or dare? very much a dare, and makes me want more, and to find out where they all are now, beyond the epilogue.

I've been listening to it for a few days now and I find that the way she is telling it from back to front is infuriating. Unless it turns out that there is a very good reason for doing it that way, I'm going to get grumpy.

I really loved the structure of the book moving backwards in time. It makes you continually reexamine what you thought you already knew. I appreciate the cleverness that took to write, and I also enjoyed the mystery itself.

I finished listening to it while wrapping presents today, Here is my review. The ending was interesting and I see now that the entire book should be thought of as a paraprosdokian. When you get to the end, you end up reassessing all that you have read before. That would be a very challenging project for a writer.

When I finished, following time was difficult but the ending is nice with Dan & Laura. And Annalise's "harassing " role is exposed.

I found it it a bit confusing at first but soon came round to the notion of reading the story backwards. Thought she did a nice job at the end bringing it back to the present and rounding it off so we understood how it finished.

I think the novel is a terrific unique experiment, but the going backwards was a little awkward. Thankfully, I had a hardcover from the library. Maybe a three-star story, or three-and-half, but I think the experimental effort of Miranda deserves a point!
