As we know there are 5 main sailors. The ones in Every episode. The regular friends... then there are the outer Sailors. Who aren't in every episode and are quiet mysterious...

The outer Sailors are from a different time period than Sailor Vernus,Mercury,Jupiter,Mars,Moon.
