Mysterious Ways: A Divine Comedy stars Alex, a Wiccan angel forced to train to serve the Judeo-Christian God.It's a little unconventional, so you might love it, or you might hate it. But it's completely free (it's a webserial, not a printed book), so I recommend you give it a shot.
Full disclosure: I'm the writer.
I suggest:Isobel Bird's Circle of Three series, it starts with So Mote It Be
Cate Tiernan's Sweep series, it starts with Book of Shadows
I love the Sweep series. :) Those books were so fun. I even have the first covers... lol.
I wish there were a whole series on Hunter though! He was my favorite.
I've been trying to think of books that refer to Wicca specifically and I'm only thinking of YA's with "witches"... hmmm...

M. R. Sellars Rowan Gant mystery series, it starts with Harm None
Madelyn Alt's Bewitched Mystery series, it starts with The Trouble With Magic
Bell, Book, and Murder: The Bast Mysteries by Rosemary Edghill
The Physick Book of Deliverance Dane by Katherine Howe
Beneath a Mountain Moon and Murder at Witches' Bluff: A Novel of Suspense and Magick by Silver Ravenwolf
