What's your GFY name?
I am ElizabethT, since there's at least one other Elizabeth, but I wish I could think of something more interesting!
I don't post very often, but when I do, it's just Megan. I do, however, send in lots of links for Fugs and Pieces on Fridays, including the recent one about the newly discovered 500 fairy tales. :-)
I'm Kristabelle. I used to be just Kris but there's another Kris, so I changed over a few months ago. I'm so happy so many people are here and participating!!

It will be great fun to catch up, though. ElizabethT

Yes - Puddleglum is the Marshwiggle in The Silver Chair.
I post on GFY under the name Rachael. Keeping it simple. I always really appreciate the very clever names people use, though.

My roommate through college was Rachael - AEL, Rachael, as well. How often do you spell it for people??

A lot. There are people that I've worked with for more than 7 years who STILL cannot manage to spell it properly, which I think it just poor manners, really. It's not that complicated! Here's a funny thing, though -- my mom initially spelled it a different way on my birth certificate, EL, and that wasn't the way she wanted it, so I have an addendum to my birth certificate. An actual addendum, stapled to the original. Makes for a great conversation whenever I do anything that requires the BC.
That's interesting! And I feel your pain. My name is Kris, and my email HAS MY NAME IN IT, and people still reply and call me CHRIS. For the life of me, I can not understand that. Pay attention, people! SHEESH!
I always expect to be the only Margaret (it doesn't seem to be a very popular name in my neck of the woods any more) but I realized there were multiple Margarets on GFY so I switched to alamedapeg. You all know Peggy is a nickname for Margaret, right?
Elizabeth wrote: "I MUST think of a better GFY name. Maybe . . . Eliza Bennet? I am open for suggestions . . ."I think there may already be someone using Eliza Bennett, though I don't know that I've seen her (?) around lately, so maybe you could appropriate it and then if she comes back we could have some sort of tournament at the next FugCon to see who is truly worthy of the name.

Obvious to YOU maybe. LOL! Interesting that they call you Ali, and not Leesh, or Leesha (phonetically speaking)...
I am annabel, here and there, and it is my go-to commenting handle or username. Some places already had annabel so I had to add another l and sometimes an e, and on ravelry I actually had to use three ls!!

Boy, your parents were not making it easy, were they??

I was very grateful when Alicia Silverstone told everyone how to pronounce it!
I'm Mrs. Ditter on GFY, bcz I used to write an advice blog under that name (which was my great-grandmother's).
Katie wrote: "Elizabeth wrote: "I MUST think of a better GFY name. Maybe . . . Eliza Bennet? I am open for suggestions . . ."I think there may already be someone using Eliza Bennett, though I don't know that I..."
There is definitely an Eliza Bennet on GFY. No Emma Woodhouse or Anne Elliot though!
Nora wrote: "Katie wrote: "Elizabeth wrote: "I MUST think of a better GFY name. Maybe . . . Eliza Bennet? I am open for suggestions . . ."

Or Eliza Doolittle (unless you count that pop tart that gets fugged all the time.)

Eliza Doolittle is a fab idea, and so is Anne Elliot--I am rereading Persuasion RIGHT NOW. Too bad someone already grabbed Sex Yurt . . .
Though I just realized I'm old enough to be Lady Russell.

LOL, Sex Yurt is the BEST. I am going to miss those recaps....

I'm Joanie on GFY. Quelle surprise, eh?Love getting to know more about everyone!
BTW, I'm in Orange County, CA. Anyone else nearby?

Hugs to you, Elizabeth! Hopefully you'll soon be able to get your fill of GFY. (I was offline for three days over the weekend and I felt so lost! I'm slowly but surely catching up.)
I go by the infinitely creative (<--sarcasm) moniker "ErinG" - I used to be "ErinD" (also astoundingly original) but then I got myself hitched, and changed it to match. There's a ton of other Erins and ErinInitials on GFY though, so, hello name-sharers!
Hi! I'm the least creative, just S. I had posted (there or elsewhere, can't remember as SinSeattle until I realized that didn't read as I intended it to read.

LOL, yes, that might not be the message you want to send to just anyone.

One of my college roommates was Marcia, pronounced Mar-CEE-ah and no one ever got her name right.
I'm Lori, although now there are other Loris, so I've considered changing it. (However, I'm a creature of habit, so we shall see.) I'd mentioned that I was going to change to Entry Level Cartier but I didn't and then someone else did. I admit, that's one of my favorite usernames and I kind of love whoever pulled the trigger and did it. :-)

I very occasionally post as Stplaz on GFY. It's a nonsense word that I made up so I wouldn't have to keep thinking up unique usernames for forums and such. :)
I post on and off and was "Steph" but after realizing there are a gazillion Stephs and Stephanie's and Steffanies, I made my name ChiTownSteph. :)

I filled in the "if you think this was in error" form. No response.
I don't comment often, but I'm under the ever creative "Beth." I also found out that the Kansas City airport is anti-GFY. Very upsetting.

I'm Petrova Fossil. Who are you?
