ＴＨＥ ＬＥＯＮ are lion shape shifters; they are nomadic prides without a kingdom, much like the Luprus, but more free and wild. They primarily work as mercenaries, traveling from marketplace to marketplace and to where their duties may take them. Their packs are all separate but all of the king Leons are linked by brotherhood, there are no specifics and their society tends to be extremely secretive and brutal.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
◈ society && area
The Leon have the same basic morals as the Mistari. They live on dominance, who is stronger and who is not but they hold respect to everyone, although those who are stronger gain more respect.
Guards and food gatherers travel the most. Hunters have to be recognized for speed and violence, which at times may be caused by anger and dominance. Therefore, the leaders do sometimes hunt and competition comes easily.
They have strong stomachs and have the ability to eat nearly raw meat if needed be in their human form, it comes handy since they’re easily tired. They are known to be a very relaxed clan that happen to have lots of sudden movements, as lions they rest often but have a great deal of strength.
It’s not uncommon for Leons and Mistari to mate and marry, the mixed breed is not scandalous and are called Ligers.
↳ Pride Leaders | Those who have the most strength and wisdom, however - the one thing that makes them different is the ability of anybody else, a commoner or a guard or a hunter, who thinks they can physically beat the Pride Leader will become the new leader.
↳ Hunters | Those who go out for food and sometimes are used as part of the guard. They have no need for camouflage since they travel to the prairies and hunt deer.
↳ Guards | The lions that keep watch of the borders of their valley, typically they’re assigned to roam the cliffs but they can go down to the forest at times.
↳ Soldiers; | Those who don’t have the status of a Guard, but are willing to protect their clan.
↳ Food Gatherers | Typically women or children, testing out their skills in shifting and gathering berries, vegetables and such.
↳ Commoners | The populous, those who simply live as a common man or woman and prefer to live without the adventure. That is, until they’re dragged into it as their clan likes it.
◈ basic characteristics
They have spoken rules on being civil for a once nomadic tribe and give respect through levels of strength. For example, if one Leon is stronger than another but has no wit or wisdom- the stronger would still be respected. However, the one with wit and wisdom will be respected for that very gift, if they had strength they’d be a leader - who are considered very strong and very smart.
The population is considered mysterious in the fact that they’re either extremely quiet or extremely explosive in both personality and physique.
◈ physical appearance
The Leon hunters and guards are advised to cut their hair so it wouldn't become a disadvantage to their success. But long hair is certainly not mandatory, it’s simply custom. In their lion form, their eyes are typically amber brown with slits as their pupils, much like the large cats themselves.
Their demi-form is different from the others due to their ability to physically grow bigger, their muscle mass grows and their bones become much thicker and stronger. Males may have the ability to have facial hair to represent their manes. Their canine teeth will grow and their jaws will expand for bite, their claws also blend with their hands and at times they may seem like monsters because of their paw size.
Ligers, the mixed breeds, have a slight disadvantage. Their eyes are bright yellow and glow, they shine softly during the day but at night they’re very easy to see if they’re in a demi-form. Once shifted, they are generally the strongest of the clan; even in demi-form, it’s hard to transfer the extreme power of a lion and a tiger to the body, it would be overwhelming and too much for a human to take which explains their fragile human forms.
Their clothing is made of skins and sometimes leather. However, it’s common that the males wear no shirts to show off their strength and their tattoo that lies above their heart. A show of honor to their clan and individually, a way of reminding themselves of who they are.
When they shape shift, their clothing molds with their bodies. Because they live without much of the technology the Serpiente and Avians have, they’re blessed with the transformation ease.

ＴＨＥ ＳＥＲＰＩＥＮＴＥ are the opposites of Avians, they allow any acts as long as it does no harm. The commoners have forms of emerald boas, pythons, vipers, black rats, red rats, taipans, or mambas. They are one of the most feared due to their cold blooded personalities and cruelty, their freedom is aplenty and some think it’s perhaps too much. The Serpiente have the largest population of the five clans, they’re greatly feared and are currently in war with the Avians.
The Serpiente can easily tell if one is of their clan or not by their hair and their serpent tongue, to get past the guards you must speak in Serpiente and show them your tongue. A simple task for Serpiente, but for intruders it’s difficult to pass.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
◈ society && area
The Cobriana rule the Serpiente, their laws are very basic and hardly strict. They basically have one guideline, and they can do most things as long as it doesn’t harm others. Stealing is prohibited and looked down upon, but most all else is left alone. At times you’ll find couples being extremely intimate in public areas, that’s very common and accepted. As long as someone else isn’t hurt or could have been hurt in the process, anything can be done. To other clans it’s chaotic, but somehow - it works.
Money is done through rich silks and gold, silver has no value since they have too much of it. There’s no use for trade, as wealth is a well respected goal.
A typical home for a commoner or anyone that’s not of royalty has a fixture made of black stones. The stones glimmer and shine, often showing other clans their wealth and their love for luxury.
The main area is filled with dark gravel and black stone houses, next to the one story mansion where the Cobriana reside. The area has no other barriers than the sand that surrounds them. Within the sand, soldiers in their snake form hide and slither through the sand ready to attack or investigate anyone that’s not a Serpiente.
↳ Clothing Venders | An important asset since they’re experts in silk, one of the finest cloths in the world.
↳ Food Venders | Experts in meat and work in often fancy restaurants.
↳ Dancers | Serpiente dance is extremely difficult, where silks move along with the dancers body and are used as an entertainment venue. They’re also typically never married.
↳ Part of the Sieth’ea | Their military, based on stealthy young men and women who want to do nothing more than kill Avians to their delight in battle.
↳ Marker | The ones who brand their people.
↳ Servants | Often see the Cobrianas and care to their every need in the palace.
↳ Researcher | Most students finish schooling at age 13, those who want to keep learning become researchers of other clans and their own history.
↳ Commoner | A common person attends the dances and watches, trades because they need food, and try to live a simple life.

Serpiente people are typically very stone faced and sly, their thinking is usually quick but doubtful and hardly impulsive.
◈ physical appearance
They may use their snake skin and scales if they wish, the scales actually blend into their skin and act as an armor. Serpiente also usually let their fangs show if they feel angry or threatened, some even let their tongues remain as a serpent’s tongue to scare or disgust others. Their body temperature is near room temperature, nothing strange.
Emerald Boas, Pythons, Vipers, Black Rats, Red Rats, Taipans, and Mambas: They wear silks varying from dark to light colors, men wear light shirts and pants that look like slacks. Their belts are made of leather and their shoes imitate dress shoes or they remain barefeet. Women wear silken dresses that hug their bodies, they usually reveal a good amount of skin since sexual contact is not uncommon in public. They can be barefoot or they wear shoes that imitate ballet flats.
Cobras: The Royal Family (Cobriana) are the only cobras left, they cannot reproduce cobras unless they mate with a cobra. The Cobriana wear silken dress shirts and slacks, their shoes and belts are made of snake skin in order to scare others and remind them of their authority. Women wear silken dresses with less revealing characteristics, somehow it can make them more scandalous.
* Serpiente clothing has no magic, it does not mold with their bodies like Avian clothing. Instead they can use their snakeskin as a clothing and make it look like what they usually wear, turn it into silk-like clothing until they can get to real garments.*

ＴＨＥ ＭＩＳＡＴＲＩare tiger shape shifters who originally lived in Asia but were forced out by the humans. They’re extremely wise and other tribes often come to them for advice. They’re the oldest of all the shape shifters, though nothing about their history is known.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
◈ society && area
The Mistari have specific leader or leaders, they are a clan that lives with multiple packs alongside the Leon. They live based on morality and pure honor, those who are stronger are known and respected. Hunters generally travel the most in the pack, they’re soft spoken and secretive to anyone other than their kind.
At times they may seem inhumane, their love for meat is somewhat gruesome to others but they find themselves more of a ‘classy’ clan than the Serpiente and more free and alive than the Avians. But it’s no matter, the Mistari and Leon do not care about the others.
It is not uncommon for a Mistari and a Leon to marry and mate, a mixed breed will form and it’s not scandalous like it would be with the other clans. They’re called what they really are, Ligers, a mix of lions and tigers.
They live in houses that hang in the trees of the forest, they’re not panthers but the Mistari can climb very well in human form when they use their Demi form, claws and striped skin.
↳ Leaders | The ones who are the wises, not necessarily the oldest, but contain the most knowledge and leadership to care for both the Mistari and collaborate with the Leon’s Pride Leaders.
↳ Hunters | Those who go out for food and sometimes are used as part of the guard. They use their camouflage very often.
↳ Guards | The tigers that lurk around the forest to protect their people. They use their camouflage almost the whole time they’re on duty.
↳ Soldiers | The guards that have no guard duty, they’re typically patrolling the area and keeping their forest in tact.
↳ Food Gatherers | Typically women or children, testing out their skills and gathering berries and vegetables and such.
↳ Spies | These tigers are used to spy on the war between the Serpiente and Avians, it’s for their protection and for updates on news.
↳ Commoners | The populous, those who simply live as a common man or woman and live under their leaders with peace.

The Mistari are very simple, sometimes too simple for the Serpiente and Avians to understand since their society consists of class and prestige. The Mistari are free, they live with no other laws than being civil and respectful of their clan members despite the different packs.
◈ physical appearance
Their demi-form consists of their skin being slightly tainted with the tiger stripes and their fangs prominently coming out if they wish, the same goes for their claws. Some may have a significant mark, like a black stripe circling around their eyes or darker stripes than the rest of the clan. The interesting thing about the Mistari is that every single member is unique due to their nomadic ancestors.
Ligers, the mixed breeds, have a slight disadvantage. They also have very frail human bodies, in their shifted form they’re perhaps the strongest of all the clans. However, as a human, they’re very frail. Their clothing is made of skins and sometimes leather. Everyone shows their arms in pride of their marking on their shoulder, therefore most clothes are sleeveless. ＴＨＥ ＡＶＩＡＮ are half-man and half-bird shifters. Avians have the second largest population of the five clans and are highly looked upon.
Above is the Avian marking, at the gate Avians will be forced to show their marking which must be somewhere on their arm where it’s easily accessible. The marking on the left ( the most common is on the forearm ) is what all Avians must have, the marking on the right is one that a Royal will carry.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
◈ society && area
A royal family rules the Avian lands, their laws are strict and they have high expectations as a clan and race. Murder is prohibited, stealing is extremely frowned upon, mistreatment of fellow Avians is an unspoken rule but is very important. Misuse of your wings may cause you to lose them, a very painful and difficult process. Money is done by gold and silver, trade is also very common for goods.
The typical house for a commoner is a hut made of stone and a straw and mud combination for a roof, very sturdy and if broken very easy to fix.
The main area holds a marketplace by the castle, a very large trading area of meats and vegetables and clothing and other goods. Houses are scattered and the whole Avian territory is surrounded by a very tall 7-feet thick wall to keep out all other clans (specifically the Serpiente ) without consent. The gate is above, where visitors will be granted a lift to the top of the wall. The Avians are very protective and will do anything to keep intruders out, especially in the midst of this war.
The castle on the opposite side of the main entrance is lifted into the air to further keep out the intruders and welcomes Avians galore.

↳ Warrior in the Hawks Keep | The Hawks keep is the Avian Military, they must go through training in order to recieve status of a warrior.
↳ Servant | A servant in the royal home, they don’t see the royal family often and listen to the High Servants for instruction.
↳ Marker | The one who gives Avians their brands.
↳ Singer | A highly respected entertainment venue, mostly women are in this area but men can be singers as well.
↳ Teacher or Student | Teachers teach avian history and ways and common knowledge, students usually stay students to learn and explore more.
↳ Commoner | A common person who lives in the land with peace with no special occupation.

Avian are well known to be very clever, swift in movement, and quick - skills taught at a young age. Each Avian has a strong respiratory system and body temperatures higher than ordinary humans. All Avians are capable of using a Demi form, where they can retain human shape while having their wings coming out from their backs. They are one of the more respected races due to their royalty and historical courage.
◈ physical appearance
Avians typically walk around with the appearance of humans, meaning they don’t walk in their Demi form ( half shifted, wings coming out of their back ), but it is not frowned upon. They can use their talons at any time and can screech very loudly if needed be.
Sparrows, Ravens, and Crows: They wear light clothing, giving off a casual and comfortable yet put together kind of aura. It’s better for flight, and colors do not typically matter.
Hawks ( Royal Family ): Usually the women wear dresses with a thin linen shirt and shorts underneath in case they need to turn to Demi-form or completely. Men wear thin but long pants and leather shoes, flowing shirts made of linen where it can easily rip in case of shifting.
* Avian Clothing holds special magic where the threads mold to the body of the carrier when they shift, so when they shift back and forth to human and bird they do not rip or need new clothing.*

◈ society && area
The Luprus have Alphas that are very particular about their clan. They live under the Alpha as a main dominant but all else are equal. Strength is important but wisdom is highly important. To be a Luprus, it is good to be either fantastic at navigation or very intelligent in the military or logical sense.
You will never see a wolf travel alone or with one other, they always travel in packs no matter what. The brotherhood and love of each wolf to another is tremendous, and other clans find it most honorable.
They live in mountain ranges with forests and valleys and rivers, surrounded as a peninsula it’s considered a world of its own. Their mountain ranges are so vast that their howls can be heard no matter where they are, as a wolf’s hearing is extremely exceptional.

They have incredible bonding, however, and are endlessly in honor to the wolves they are with at the moment. It’s known that a dog never leaves his owner, a wolf will never leave another behind as its equal and family member and that is considered final.
◈ physical appearance
The Luprus have very keen eyesight and hearing, in their animal form, their eyes glow a strong yellow at night but during the day they remain with an amber color. Their demi-form consists of showing their fangs and their skin turning into a hue of their fur color. Their paws and claws show and their leg muscles grow with their spine, allowing them to crawl easily and stealthily like their wolf form.
Their clothes also form to their bodies, blessed with the ease of transformation due to not being technologically advanced as the Serpiente or Avians.
