Annalise peered over the edge, looking down to the oblivious onlookers on the street to the royal palace. There was a sharp, watchful glint in her eye. It had been killing her to wait this long for one figure that could possibly not even show up. Anna had half the mind to leave and let the others deal with it. But orders are orders, Annalise reminded herself sourly. She reached up and gently pressed the orb speaker in her ear, a new device. "Tell me why we are here again?" She drawled in a boring yawn.

"You know exactly well, stop distracting people because you're bored." Annalise almost laughed. She the distractor? Anna's teammates were doing fine enough on their own with that task. Anyway, she always ended up doing all the dirty work. During this whole revelry, her eyes never left the street. So when a figure, dressed in a red tunic with silver trimmings, she immediately smirked deviously. Show time.

most of them were deleted anyway

Anseth sighs, pinching the bridge of his nose to choke down the tears that threatened to pour out of him. They demanded a release, he knew it, because he could feel that annoying choking feeling in his throat when you've suppressed something for so long. But he had no right to cry, because what happened at Ben and Jerry’s was his fault. Seth figured this would happen sooner or later and he hated himself for it. Lola was his light; before he moved after his mother’s job transfer Seth only had the caretaker [ which he didn't know the name of after so many years ] for company. Though after he arrived, he had finally found someone to confide in before he drowned in his struggles. His parents were useless - while his father was on the opposite side of the world preaching and his mother applying surgery, they seemed to love their work more than him. It was possible that they didn't love him anymore, and maybe they had in the past, as they were in the process of molding him into the "perfect" Christian.

But now Seth didn't want to talk about it, hell, he didn't even want to think about it. Didn't want to think about Lola’s bright smile even though he obviously crushed her by showing her just how pathetic he really was. Wait, why was he thinking about it? Seth wanted to be strong enough to handle the turmoil inside of him.
He didn't want to be so weak.
But wanting was different from actually pursuing his desires actively. Maybe things were better in the past when he didn't care so much.

Seth rubbed the heels of his cold hands against his eyes once the tears came this time. And they didn't stop. But dammit, he didn't have a right to cry; that just wasn’t right, but they weren't stopping. The magnitude of everything reduced him to nothing more than a sobbing mess - his red eyes and nose were a stark contrast on his ivory skin, his dark hair was fluffed and messy from constantly running his hands through them. A mess.

Then sun kissed his frigid skin which was enough to catch his attention to take in his surroundings. Being so wrapped up in his thoughts, he didn't realize that his legs took him wherever they pleased. The images he saw clicked together as he recognized the park. Well, the other side of the park behind the fence.
He visited the park in the past, maybe not often, but he did and it never interested him enough to walk here. He would just sit under the large tree thirsting for inspiration to appear. Turning away from the direction of the park he took in the general surroundings - white marks made sections on the broken concrete. A parking lot? he thought then shifted his attention to the broken up car with its parts scattered all over the floor. By the looks of it, he didn't see anyone there - abandoned maybe? Exhaling deeply, Seth leans against the concrete wall painted in [ his opinion ] a really ugly color and unconsciously picked at the paint that was peeling off of it. It seemed as though, once again, he wasn’t paying attention to his surroundings - mulling over the events that happened earlier with his ex-girlfriend.

He couldn't help himself. It wasn’t like he had control over his thought process when they just felt like resurfacing.
