When you go to add the first book in the series, you should see an option for Discussion Folder, and then a button to add a new folder.

I was able to add 2 series but the rest didn't show up. I'm not sure why :)
I've tried adding a series twice but it's not showing up! I followed the instructions step by step so I'm not sure what's wrong :(Update: The name of the group title can't be longer than 32 characters it seems!
