Mercy locks the heavy metal door with a key, which ((you know you do this with your phone. our at least you know someone who does. I don't, but my grandma does *shiver*)) she puts in her bra when he isn't looking.
"Alright, go start working out. I don't care what you start with, but I recommend stretching first."
"Alright, go start working out. I don't care what you start with, but I recommend stretching first."
Kuro sighs and rubs his wrists, walking into the room. "So I'm just going to toil away? I'm already in good shape, you know."
Mercy shrugs.
"I work out even though I'm in perfect shape. If you don't work out, your muscles won't have the strength they have in them now. You will still have them, but you will feel normal, not strong."
She picks up two 150 pound hand-weight's and starts to do lunges in place.

"Whatever"
She continues. Five minutes later she gets down into a push-up position, still holding the weights. She lifts the up one at a time, and continues for another five minutes.

He goes over to the treadmill and turns it on. "Masato better be living the life," he growls, starting to run on the treadmill.
Mercy takes a water break. When Kuro says those words, she stops.
"That's what you think," she says, her strategy kicking in. She stares to do curl ups.

"What? What's he doing? Is he being treated alright?" he asks frantically. He turns up the speed on the treadmill.
“How much longer will I have to work out?” Kuro asked, keeping up with the max speed of the treadmill with ease.
Kuro jumped off the treadmill and shoved Mercy to the ground, running over to Lizzy. “LIZZY!” he cried, grabbing her hand.
Kuro groaned. "You were worried! I was worried sick! Mercy said that they had you and Masato and they were gonna do awful things if I didn't do what they said!"
Mercy rubs her shoulder from being shoved, but she just shrugs.
"I was only doing my job. But Masato can actually get in danger if you don't listen."
She turns to Lizzy, curious.
"How did you get here?"

"How did you get here?"
Kuro flinches at Masato’s name. “No. No!” He pulled Lizzy close to him. “Oh, god, Lizzy, what if they hurt him?”
Bay got shoved into the room. Bay began banging on the door. "Let me go! I don't have powers! I don't belong here!" she screamed.
(It's funny, Kuro and Masato don't get along very well with Bay, but I bet her and Miku would get along super well)
Bay gasped. "Lizzy's boyfriend. You are who we are looking for." Bay muttered. "I'm Bay. I go to your school. I was one of the people who volunteered to help the 3 kids that got taken by the government. " Bay said looking at Mercy. "Is she your trainer?"
"Yep," he spat, glaring at Mercy and then back at Bay. "Who told you about Lizzy? How can I know that I can trust you?"
"I came with her. Come here. I can heal you. I'm a healing Etherel. " Bay said. "Haruhi and Belial got taken too. Masato and Lizzy are worried sick about you. Lizzy was taken though... We need to get her back."
"Well I fricking know she got taken! And you didn't come with her, I just saw her!" Kuro stopped and his features softened. "Wait, Masato? Is he alright? Where is he? Is he hurt?"
"He is fine. I was just with him. We were going to find you but, he went back up to the trapdoor and I kept going... "
"Trapdoor..." Kuro furiously searched around the room and his eyes landed on a dumbbell. He immediately crawled over to it, picking it up. He turned around to face Bay, a crooked smile on his face. "Really? He better be fine, girl."
"My name is Bay. Do you want me to heal you... " Bay said. "I mean your wounds." she added in and flinched. She hoped she didn't get him mad. She really couldn't afford her only ally to be mad at her. "Wait. Don't leave me!" she shouted as she saw what he was doing.
There was an odd, a threatening glint in his eye. His grin widened. “Oh, don’t worry, I’m not going to leave you.” Kuro lifted the dumbbell. “How much damage do you think this thing can do? Can it,” he paused to laugh, “kill someone, perhaps?”
"Yes. It definitely would. " Bay said. "Would at least hurt someone enough to need medical attention." she said eager to help.
Kuro tilted his head to the side. “How pitiful. You’re so stupid.” He lunged at Bay, the dumbbell ready for action in his hand.
"You can't hurt me. I can instantly heal myself." Bay said without flinching. "I have a sister that is a death Etherel. Death doesn't scare me. "
"No. You wouldn't be able to kill me. So, stop being all murderous. I'm trying to get us out of here. Do you want me to heal your wounds or not?" she asked annoyed.
Kuro, without hesitation, bashed her in the head with the dumbbell. "No, I won't, not until someone's dead or Masato or Lizzy is here." He repeately brought the dumbbell down on her.
Bay smacked him in the face. "Kill the trainer. Not me. " she said as she kicked him away from her. Her wounds instantly closed up as nothing happened.
