To give Rain a little credit, she is redeeming herself a little. Like she does see her mistakes quickly and apologizes immediately.

But still, she has so much doubt in Hope who is supposed to be her best friend. Instead of being happy for Hope and Ethan, she looks at the negatives of the situation. She can't believe that Hope simply likes Ethan more than a friend and instead has to find an 'explanation'. She doubts her best friend and clearly doesn't trust her by assuming Hope is just using Ethan (which I by the way do not believe).

And she has so much doubt for Ethan and does not support him at all which is a shame because their bond was so strong at the beginning of the book. She refers to looking after Ethan as her duty as in it is something she HAS to do instead of wanting to do out of love.

Hope is really growing on me like my impression of her has completely changed now. The one thing that did annoy me about her was when she that the list will help Ethan be 'normal'. That is completely and entirely the absolute WRONG word to use! But she realizes this and corrects herself which is okay...

Oh my God the list?! NO!! That is not good! I understand that the Dad is TRYING to help his son but that is not the way to go about doing it in my opinion! But I do think that the author has put across that maybe this isn't the best solution for Ethan which I guess is okay. I just think that maybe Rain should have kicked off about it like she does with everything else.

So they had sex (which is annoying that it wasn't made clear like that annoys me) but I don't think this is awful. I think it was WAY to soon but they are into each other. But then she is sick all over Liam and his car and then leaves him? That is such a boy player thing to do. I guess I like that this act has reversed genders but still do not think it was necessary. Yeah she's scared but don't leave the poor guy in his truck covered in your sick.

I'm also a little disappointed because I would've liked to have seen Liam and Rain's first time having sex a little more intimate. This isn't like either of them and it was probably the alcohol which is realistic but disappointing for me.

I thought the beer thing was quite funny and I think it's good that she didn't say anything because it's like she's letting be him. They are twins and the same age and I think if she had told him off it would seem patronising when she then went to the party and got hammered.

I agree the I love you is just so unrealistic even I they're that drunk. You say things that you supposedly feel deep down when drunk but neither of them feel that way because we haven't heard Rain even thinking about it before the party. So they clearly did not love each other. It should have been I really like you or something like that!
