history: as a child he worked in a factory with his cousin vur horston and the owner, traz, was abusive until one day traz killed vur and larten tried to save him but ended up killing traz instead after that larten ran away and came to a graveyard and ended up meeting his new master seba nile who blooded him and made him seba's assistant they travled for a long time until larten came to cirque du freak

apprentice: he is tall muscular has short black hair and blue eyes, with a pale skin tone.

personality: He left the war, but the war never left him. He seeks revenge against monsters, for his brothers death.

history:His name is Alex. He was born in a slum of Milwaukee. When he was growing up his parents were always fighting, so he and his brother had to grow up on their own in a lot of ways. He got really close to his brother and they looked out for each other. When Alex graduated high school he wanted to get out of his slum that he grew up in. Thinking that if he stayed there he would either die or become homeless. So he joined the military as a marine, this angered his brother who never forgave him for it. He was deployed to Iraq and saw a lot of stuff that haunted him. He lost some good friends and wished that he would die honorably in battle. He had nothing to back to, in his homeland. Eventually he survives the entire war and gets sent back home. Just to find like he thought, nothing was waiting for him. His parents where dead and his brother had disappeared. after a month Alex found a stable job in his hometown, and as he was getting his PTSD under control. He saw his brother in a bar with a group of Neo Nazis. His brother had a shaved head, tattooed swastikas, and swastika carved into his forehead. Alex approached his brother to catch up on lost time, but his brother quickly got angry and started shouting at him and eventually broke a beer bottle over Alex's head. Eventually through some time and reconnecting he got his brother to move out to New York and to try and reform his life. Then when they were at a local church a vampire came and fed on his brother. Alex and the priest killed the vampire. Alex has since dedicated his life to eradication of all "Monsters".
