Black Coffee discussion

Hello everyone!

We are drawing to the close of the year and getting ready to start the next one. I'm interested in getting your feedback for the coming year. Admittedly things have been slightly rocky with us moderators but hopefully it's better next year. So.....

How do you like the reading challenges? Are you interested in more next year?
Is anyone still interested in doing buddy reads?
What about group read selections? Do you feel what has been selected are books that interest you and you'd like to read or not really?

I am avid reader and look forward to different challenges. Also, I am very interested in buddy reads

i like the monthly group reads.

I greatly enjoy the monthly reads. I'd also be interested in buddy reads.

I like monthly and Buddy reads, but most time I don't have adequate time to get the book (waiting list), if its costly.

I also like when the discussion has a schedule;

ex, week 1 chapters ##
ex, week 2 chapters ##

I have already committed to doing a buddy read with a co-worker: we will be reading The Bluest Eye in honor of Ms. Morrison.

That doesn't mean I cannot read two books in a month simultaneously, so I'm very interested in what comes next in this group too.
