Hi Andrew, I'm starting to get my feet wet on this goodreads site and I saw your post. Right now I'm in the middle of reading a book but I'm liking your description of Wreaths of Empire. I'm always a sucker for a good space opera, so I'm already looking forward to finding out more about it. lol.

"Ring of Time" shares the adventures of a time-traveling historian in the Roman Empire, and is a combination of historical and science fiction. Things aren't always easy in the past, not when you end up near Mt. Vesuvius, are present at the siege of Masada, or are compelled to assert your faith during a persecution.
"Wreaths of Empire" is a space opera. Naval Intelligence Commander Jade Lafrey pursues peace during a decades-long war between the Terran Hegemony and the alien Gara'nesh Suzerainty. But when she learns that one side has developed the ultimate weapon she finds herself enmeshed in a conspiracy that could determine the fate of the galaxy.
"The Deathcats of Asa'ican and Other Tales of a Space Vet" is a more lighthearted - and animal-friendly book - about the adventures of a space-faring veterinarian and his genetically-enhanced, telepathic German Shepherd.
All are on Amazon, Kindle, Barnes&Noble, etc.
Thanks for looking!
