There's an alternate task of "Two or More People" right under the "One Person" task, so no, you can't change the one person task to one prominent person.

The rules for this challenge specifically state: " For the options that are colors, the cover has to be at least 50% that color. ". Just having the color red on the spine does not fulfill that requirement, so I'm going to say that you'll have to fit the book to the challenge through a different task.
Sorry for bothering you, but being color challenged I often perceive them different and so I wanted to check if any of my possible reads you consider not gold (enough). I numbered the covers/picture (current edition - the last one's not in the GR library yet - so I added the immage of current Amazon cover - and hope they won't change any of the covers before September) to make life easier for you - so you can list those that are fine, or those that are not working or if you are in the mood for each one separately ;-)1.

I've got a horrible head cold, so I've had my husband double check me, just so I'm sure of my response. I'd say that every one of those books, with the exception of 20, could be used to cover the color of gold, as the covers are all at least 50 percent gold. With 20, I looked at the Amazon cover, and it seems more of a Sepia brown than a golden cover, so my judgement call is to veto it. I hope that helps!

The Ready, Set, Cover challenge is a go for 2018! We’ve changed this from a speed reading challenge to a yearly challenge, so everyone can get involved. Pick a level, find books that fit either of the requirements and read, read, read! Please note that all books are to be read in their corresponding task month!
There are alternate options in case you can't find books fitting one of the regular options. Alternate items can be used for one or more books during that month, but once the alternate has been used, it cannot be used again for another month.
For an added level of difficulty, read the same amount of books for the level you picked in both the item option and the color option. For the options that are colors, the cover has to be at least 50% that color. Re-reads are allowed. No page limit restrictions. No Duplicate Posts to announce you are finished!
