Barb Wild (bearsilu2) | 25 comments Does anyone else dream about these books and how the scenes are set up at night? Dream of the big fire, dream of the births, feel the motion of the ships coming to America? I do and they seem like real people.

Kim Ann (kimann) | 2 comments OMG Barb !! I thought I was weird. I like to read at night and when I first read this Series my dreams were filled with the events in whichever book I was reading. Consumed my thoughts throughout the day too !! Just started a re-read of Outlander to get ready for the show on Starz !! Soooo excited !!!!

Mary (poetsdream) | 196 comments I think when your very embedded in a book like this and it's characters, it's very easy to find them inhabiting your dreams. I do wake up with one of the characters in my dreams often. But then again I have some pretty weird dreams.. Last week all the Outlander scenes were flashing up as distinct pictures in one of my dreams, and I could touch the picture and that character would come to life and be right there interacting with me.. LOL! So I guess the answer is YES.

drpeppergrrl | 20 comments YES!! I've been reading the books back-to-back (for the first time) and wake up dreaming of the books all the time. These books, more so than any other books I've read, have gotten deep in my mind. I'm currently reading #6 and expect this to go on until I finish #8, lol.

Carren Kay | 953 comments One would think that as many times as I've read the series, I would dream of them. But,no, I've never experienced that.

That's too bad, huh?

Hurricanekerrie | 4 comments Funny to come across this topic because I did just dream about Jamie last night! This was in a different context though, he was going to help me find some Russian gangsters who stole my diamond jewelry! lol There was some gunfight and running and hiding involved, alas I don't know if we ever recovered my jewelry. I woke up. Womp womp.

Diane | 1360 comments I had very disturbing dreams last night and kept waking with anxiety. On involved me helplessly watching somebody commit suicide by jumping off a roof. I can still remember what she was wearing and the sound of her body hitting the pavement. Another involved being abducted and escaping to hide out in the airport while the abductors were searching. I'd love to have a Jamie dream tonight ;)

Keri | 74 comments I have dreamt of the books many times. Most often it seems I'm running around trying to solve the unanswered questions that I have or trying to finish the part of the book I'm in. I often wake up feeling rushed and anxious.
