No need for seconds. I always add all nominations onto the poll anyway.

However, we have already read Gardens of the Moon and The Blade Itself, I'm quite happy to include them unless anyone has a strong objection to it?

Ghosts of Tomorrow is sci-fi/cyberpunk, but I'll allow it because its freakin' awesome!

I think that is an excellent idea! How about a 'Classics' theme for the next read (March/April). Nothing newer than say, 20 years? 25?

I'm going for Seven Forges by James A. Moore.

Igor Ljubuncic (igorljubuncic) | 28 comments Well, I'm currently reading The Thousand Names. Looks promising, but I would call it grim-darkish not necessarily grimdark.

Silvana (silvaubrey) I think we should stick to nominating grimdark and grimdark-ish books.

Anyway, I have a full shelf already of unread books so I might only be able to do rereads in the first semester. Less concentration and spending, I guess :D
For the second semester, I actually have some nominations in mind, one actually was published this year.

message 20: by Zainab (new)

Zainab | 6 comments How about the Vagrant by Peter Newman?

message 21: by Heather (new)

Heather (bruyere) I really liked Vagrant, which surprised me as I'm not a fan of babies.

message 22: by Andy (new)

Andy Lee | 1 comments Kings of the Wyld sounds like a plan to me, it’s on my list anyway. Also happy to reread The Blade Itself, an absolute favourite of mine. Cheers and Happy New Year folks.
