CMLE Book Group Podcast Reading Challenge discussion

this was our Halloween episode, so feel free to explore either fun or scary versions of horror

I enjoyed it, for the most part. I really like the settings of the author's books around Minnesota - and this was fun because it is set near the Boundary Waters and Grand Marais, an area I really like! It's definitely spooky; but I did spend most of the book being flabbergasted at the very poor choices the main character is making. The ending was...not satisfying for me - but I like more of a Stephen King/Shining ending. If you don't like your horror too scary - this would be a good one to try.
