Partials discussion

With all the dystopian future stories that have become movies, how has this not been optioned for a movie. It would translate great to the big screen. Just as good or even better than Divergent.

i actually think that visually it would make for a great movie. think about the journey from NY across the country and how they can represent what the world has turned into. a wasteland and a fight for survival. i also think that it would be amazing to see what they could do with NYC - especially in the parts of the story when they are holed up in buildings and things like that.

i hope that someone's thinking about it.

I also hope this book will be made into a movie as I personally think its better than the Hunger Games and Divergent. More people need to read this book so it is better recognized and someone must want to make this into a movie!!!!

Dan Wells does have a movie deal, but there is nothing else on whether it was accepted or anything. Hopefully ti will!

Partials is sometimes underrated, it deserves more recognition. Dan Wells is a good writer and Partials has a good story line as well.

I've been thinking about how exciting it would be. I'm curious how they would incorporate the partials pheromone sensing abilities. anyone have any ideas on how they would transfer it over to film

This would be a great movie. I think Dan Wells wrote the book really well. I love the story line. The war between humans and partials is crazy and the girl falling for the partial is expected but something everybody looks forward too.

I love this book! Partials is outstanding and the writing is pretty good but not flawless.

Dan wells have confirm to me that there will be a partials movie if the maze runner does well. Fox 20tb century will be doing the movie they are looking for producer to produce the movie

I think partials would make one of the best movies I've seen. I'm reading Fragments, and I'm hooked!!
