I hope you don't mind a topical plug, but Dr. Steven Dilday will be leading a reading of Lex, Rex, or the Law and the Prince: A Dispute for the Just Prerogative of King and People by Samuel Rutherford. This Puritan classic treatise on government has a reputation for difficulty, but with 1 question a week for 44 weeks, we should be able to get through it.
