The thing I know is Israel got a roof on their head because of Palestine..... They were welcomed with open hands to live...now they want to concur the total land..Hamas fired initial rocket...what happened before that...how many died in that attempt..? 2
And wat did Israel do...if it had so much man power and potential why didn't just come and capture Hamas?.
What did the kids do...old age home people do... Where is UN ?
Where is USA
They can invade Iraq kill Saddam Hussain but not help a cease fire in gaaza
What did those 100+ did ..?,
It was Hamas who launched rocket ...kill Hamas...why killing so many so so many people...its ramzaan they fast and pray....
God... They were dragged and shot...did they fired missile...
They were kicked to death.... Pelted to death.... Kids ...they got their brains out ..did they dropped Missie...?
@abhay I also endorse the same view.. I think considering the geography(hostile neighbour)Israel is within their right to use violence to defend themselves .I was skeptical if others also endorsed same view.
The infant who was trying to suck milk from dead mother...did she drop missile.. ? What is the fault of those innocent lives... ? Killing so many ..how can one live with such nightmare...and then when anyone of them pick up arms they are tagged as terrorist... I don't know anyone of them personally still my blood boils seeing the wails of kids...seeing mother's distraught faces.... A kid who got his brain out...his father weeped.." I bought you toy ..please get up "

See this... They were dragged ...and the Israelis were shooting them.
The civilians should realize by now that they are being made pawns in hands f fundamentalist.no doubt external intervention is needed but for a long term solution, the issue must b amicable resolved among themselves..
The civilians made pawn ...? They are civilian who want to live in peace.. How many casualties are there in Israel ? And how many in Gaza ..?1:227 ....where is justice ? It is their back up story to say they are pawn...but they don't have any weapons then why were they dragged... Kicked to death ?
It is easy to say vacate the place... A home for handicapped was bombed.... How fast could they vacate ? We live in today we know how news channel works... The world belong to those who have power...the poor and helpless are often accused... So easy to say they should reject Hamas..how to do so ?
Those civilian...looks like its their fate...death... ..couldn't US "free them from Hamas " like they did in Iraq ?
@purvika strategically USA is friendlier with sunni countries..the Gaza strip is f parount importance because its one f trade routes from west Asia to Europe.
Well if this is what general population thinks then I have nothing else to say... So with my parting I will post a link http://www.haaretz.com/mobile/1.605568
@abhay I think he said something like 'I don't know what 3 world war would b fought with, but I am sure 4 world war would be fought with stick and bones'
Firstly Hamas is not the only group that want to eliminate Israel & if it is destroyed or if it make peace with Israel, Islamic Jihad will replace it, and after that maybe some radical Salafi groups. A major reason Hamas is firing rockets now is that if otherwise it will lose its power to more hardline groups just like Fateh did. The hatred against Israel is almost universal in the Arab or Islamic world well beyond Islamist or leftist circles. Secondly Arab-Israel conflicts has been going on for decades like China's Xinjiang (or east Turkestan), or India's Kashmir, & it is sometimes hard to say which side has greater grievance or even which side fired the first shot. IMHO unless people start rejecting the ethnic or religious nationalist ideologies they are indoctrinated with as well as their nationalist regimes, this conflict will probably never end until one side is completely killed off or "driven into the sea".
I think part of it was because during the cold war there was a kind of alliance between Arab nationalism & the left in general, and because of the historical relationship between Palestinian left & the socialist or communist parties in many countries. Nowadays secular Palestinian factions like Fateh or PFLP have either betrayed their own principles or faded into irrelevance, but the "Palestinian cause", and the admittedly noble, but nowadays completely impractical visions they once advocated, still lived on in the mind of many leftist intellectuals. Furthermore, IMHO a lot of westerners use blaming Israel as a disguise for their anti-jewish prejudice, just like others use blaming Palestine as a disguise for their anti-arab/anti-muslim prejudice. Also, Palestinian groups in general, whether Fateh or Hamas or Islamic Jihad, are really, really good at propaganda. IMHO had PKK or ETIM or even the Israeli government been half as good at this they wouldn't be in the situation they're in today.
