S Michaels (maddadamm) | 3 comments Hey Guys and Gals~!

Just curious, what are some of the best books you have read that none of your friends have ever heard of!?

It's hard being a fan when no one else will discuss things with you

Heres one of my favorite books that no one has heard of! It's basically a mix of Harry Potter and Hunger Games!

The Castaway King Chronicles Afer The Dark by Spencer Labbe

Broken by Daniel Clay.

I was suggested this book by a friend who picked it up from a garage sale and boy that book was amazing or what. I keep suggesting it to everyone I meet cause I honestly feel that the book hasn't received it's due.

Mark Tierno (mark_tierno) | 3 comments Well, I can tell you about a book that some friends of mine have read that no one knows about but that they think is the absolute best, but it's also one I wrote, so I'm not sure if it's okay to make such posts here (too new to this group). Genre is epic fantasy.

Something I read for a book club and would have never chosen myself - so glad I was introduced to it as it’s an incredibly moving story. Since reading it I have started working in a special needs school so the book has taken on an even deeper meaning for myself... definitely worth a read.

message 23: by Charlotte (new)

Charlotte (charl164) | 2 comments This book was recommended to me in year 9 by a guy that came in to do a talk to our history class. I don’t even remember his name of anything. I’ve read the book numerous times and it’s such a good book in a harrowing, hard read, I can’t believe this actually happened in real life, kind of way!

Ellen Forkin (ellen_forkin) | 26 comments I read through all these and desperately wanted to have read one but didn't recognise any! :(

I feel Jane Harris is an under appreciated author, I love all her work and her characters voices still ring in my head long after I've finished her books. Gillespie and I in particular is brilliant!
