Hi, I just want to introduce myself as a new member. I would like to review a book that is gritty and not to complex a plot as I get very confused if it is too complicated. If you think that I'd like to review your book please message me.

I agree. I've read Brian's writing, and they were extremely enjoyable.

Hello! I just joined. I, too, am looking for reviews. Not sure if my books could be categorized as "thrillers" though, so I was unsure about posting about them just yet. What are the rules for the group (sorry, I've looked through the group but I could not seem to find them)?
BTW, my books are historical fiction/fantasy with a splash of horror. They do contain graphic violence and gore. (If ye play with swords, folks are gonna get cut...)
Thanks!

Welcome! Let me know what books you have written so I can place them on the bookshelf. Please contact any individual author in the bookshelf for a book swap. The group really has a great bunch of authors. Let me know if there are any other questions.
Thanks,
Steve

I'm assuming we buy the book we intend to review? If not, how does it work? Sorry for the questions.
Hey JN,I’d love to do a swap with you. Your book sounds interesting. If interested I’ll download it today or tomorrow!
My thriller info can be found below, let me know if you’d like to swap!

I'd be happy to do a swap with you! I'm finishing a book this weekend, so I should be able to start on it after that. I'm curious how it works to review each other's books, since it's my understanding that doing such a thing violates the Zon rules. If there is a way around it, I'd be happy to proceed.I'll add that the main story is covered in the first three books, which are best read in order. As such, the best book to add to the bookshelf is the first for the time being, "The Legend of Sithalkaan". Here are the descriptions of all three, though, at the risk of posting this in the wrong thread:
Part I
A musketeer guides Vatican agents in search of an ancient demonic relic amidst the wartime chaos of feudal Japan.
The Legend of Sithalkaan
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Legend-Sitha...
Contains graphic violence and gore.
Part II
A reclusive monk journeys to Japan to combat a legendary titan of war.
Tears of the Kensei
https://www.amazon.com/Tears-Kensei-L...
Contains graphic violence and gore.
Part III
An epic clash between the samurai and evil forces pursuing a venomous religious purity shall decide the fate of Japan, the world, and the heavens.
Master of Heaven
https://www.amazon.com/Master-Heaven-...
Contains graphic violence and gore.
The final (4th) book in the series will be out late 2018 or early 2019.
I can copy this to another thread if need be.
Please let me know how to proceed. Thanks!!!
I’ll start with Part I. Sounds great.I know there are ways to skirt around the rules of reviewing gifted/free books, honestly, I just buy them and read them. Easier that way.
I hope you enjoy mine. Can’t wait to get into yours!

Looks great. I added all 3 to the bookshelf.

I will start reading JT's book, "The Chaos of Change", this week. Just got it, and will start on it later this week. In the meantime, any advice on how to post the review so it won't vanish from the zonscape would be much appreciated.
