Book Riot's Read Harder Challenge discussion

Does this book count for the challenge? The female protagonist is an AI, and the female author is one half of a husband/wife writing team.

Personally I would look for something with a single female author, rather than a half-male co-writing team, since I tend to interpret the tasks strictly.
