The follow-up to Authentic Happiness: Using the New Positive Psychology to Realize Your Potential for Lasting Fulfillment, Flourish: A Visionary New Understanding of Happiness and Well-Beingprovides an overview of the current thinking around happiness and how individuals, well, flourish. I enjoyed the description of the PERMA model of happiness presented by Seligman, but when I read some of the reviews on this book I wonder whether it is worth going back and reading the first book also. From what others are saying, it sounds like the first book went into much more detail on the elements of PERMA that were understood at that time.

Has anyone here read Authentic Happiness: Using the New Positive Psychology to Realize Your Potential for Lasting Fulfillment? I would love to hear your thoughts, especially if you have also read this book.
