I am not sure is Scarlett's feelings about Ashley are romantic or psychopathic? Seriously! The way she talks about him and acts like his marriage isn't realty all that important is kind of crazy.

She definitely qualifies as stalker in my book :)

And, she does not necessarily start out as a particularly nice person or character. I would mostly just call her self-absorbed.

I would say that she is a typical obsessed silly teenager. Probably had OCD. I suspect if he had paid more attention to her she would have lost interest but he was unattainable.
