Book-a-book of the Month Club discussion

Well, it wouldn't let me indicate this topic is about George R. R. Martin specifically (weird), but if you would like to discuss him and any of his other works here, please do.

I've not read any of his other books, but I have seen him speak a few times and he is a character to say the least! His voice is nothing like you expect from his pictures and he is a big laugher, which I love. He also seems to take pleasure in taunting the readers that give him smack about making them wait so long for his next.
