Just wanted to clarify, that it doesn't matter which edition you can get your hands on. The one I posted is the fifth edition, but I know 6th is out already too. There are some new chapters in 6th, but most of it matches 5th edition.



I think some of these chapters are useful to everyone (not only for anxiety sufferers), for instance, relaxation, meditation, self-talk, dealing with feelings and mistaken beliefs.
Please use this thread to post questions and comments at any time.
If anybody needs some guide questions, then here are some:
