In February our mental health nonfiction group read is The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook by Edmund J. Bourne.

I think some of these chapters are useful to everyone (not only for anxiety sufferers), for instance, relaxation, meditation, self-talk, dealing with feelings and mistaken beliefs.

Please use this thread to post questions and comments at any time.

If anybody needs some guide questions, then here are some:

1) what chapters or advice did you find most useful?
2) what chapters or advice you disliked most? Why?
3) Share your coping methods

Just wanted to clarify, that it doesn't matter which edition you can get your hands on. The one I posted is the fifth edition, but I know 6th is out already too. There are some new chapters in 6th, but most of it matches 5th edition.
