YA Reading With Kelly & Kelli! discussion

Hi everyone!

I'm so sorry that I was never really active in this group. I was in a huge reading slump last year and had no desire to read any books or go on Goodreads. This year, I've decided to re-join the Goodreads and Blogging community! I'll do my best to try and keep this group active, and if you have any ideas how to improve this group, please leave some suggestions!

Hi Kelly, don't worry about it we all go through slumps and don't even want to think about books. I've had several slumps you just have to let them run there course.

You can also have the opposite, I went so far into books to hide from a broken heart when my daughter passed away that I am surprised I came out of it. There were time I wouldn't eat or sleep and always had a book in my hand.

Thanks for understanding. It really is incredible how attached and unattached we can feel with books sometimes. I’m glad books were able to console you during what must have been a very sad and difficult time, but also, that you were able to eventually come out of that funk.
