Audrey Matthews
"You know," Peter said. "I hope this won't affect your decision to stay in the palace."
((I have a feeling that we're gonna see them together for a quite long time, somehow))
((Nah, I have an idea to keep them around. You might not like it.))
"The rebel attack." He sighed. "Must be hard for the girls to handle that, and I can understand if any of you want to leave after an evemt like this."
She shook her head with a ghost of a smile on her lips. "It'd take a lot more than a rebel attack to scare me away."
He nodded. "Glad to hear that, Miss." Because I really don't want you to leave. "You're a tough woman, that'll make you a great Queen for Phillip. He gets... Panicked easily, when it comes to something he can't cope. He needs someone like you on his side." He told her.
She nodded. "It's be great to meet him, be grow you start planning our wedding plans, however... But if he's anything like his brother, I might be able to stand him."
"We used to," he chuckled lightly. "But as we grow up, we find our true self separately, then those paths bring us... further from each other." He said with a smile. "Don't be surprised if you find me exactly nothing like him."
"You'll be fine." He said. "If he didn't pick you, his loss then."
((Ugh, I either love and hate Peter right now. He is so deceptive.))
"I mean it." He assured her. "If it's me, it'll be a hard decision to send you home."
He shook his head. What was he thinking? Why did he even say that? "Nevermind." He said quietly. Finally, they arrived at Audrey's room. "I believe this is your room, Miss?" He asked, pointing at the door.
She nodded. "Yes... Yes it is." He'd said that he wouldn't send her home... What did that mean? It couldn't mean that. She had to stop jumping to that conclusion...
"Alright," he opened the door for her. "The guards will be here soon, and your maids too. Anything else you need, Miss?"
"Okay. I guess I should leave you for now." He said. "Good day, Miss Audrey." Peter nodded slightly before he turned around and walked away.
Audrey opened the door to her room after the announcement of the Elite. She was supposed to head the the Great Room later that day, for some reason. She still had no idea how she'd made it through, seeing as the only royal she'd spoken to had been Peter (although she'd spoken to him quite a lot). She started at the sight of her maid, who she'd hardly seen since the Selection had begun.
"Apparently so..." She replied, chewing on the inside of her lip thoughtfully. She'd never in a million years expected to make it to the Elite. And considering that she hadn't met Prince Philip as of yet... It was certainly odd that she had.
"How I got into the Elite. It doesn't make any logical sense for Prince Philip to keep me around."
She nodded, and couldn't help but feel slightly disappointed. If they were that different... It seemed likely she wouldn't like Philip very much at all.
She nodded. That must be it, somehow. None of the other royals had even spoken to her, so Peter must have somehow convinced Philip to let her stay. Why, she couldn't imagine...
"I guess so. I still haven't met him, do I'm not really sure I want to marry him..." And if he's that different from Peter...
Audrey sat at her vanity, brushing her hair out calmly, pretending she wasn't frazzled by the rebel attack.
Peter stood in front of Audrey's room. He didn't see Audrey anywhere when the attack occured and he felt terribly guilty that he couldn't be on her side. With all the guts left on him, he knocked on the door.
She looked up, surprised to hear the knock. Her maids rarely stopped by, and the only other person would be... Peter. And he was probably too busy with princes duties after the attack. She got to her feet, and opened the door a crack.
"Hi." Peter smiled briefly. "Are you okay, Audrey?" he asked worriedly.
"I'm so sorry, I've tried to find you, but I couldn't and I was so worried, especially because they were southern rebels and--" Peter's words trailled off. He gazed at Audrey and put his hands on her shoulders, "Did you get hurt?" he asked again.
She shook her head. "No, I... Wasn't hurt. And you should have gotten yourself to a safe room instead of worrying about me."
"How could I when I didn't even know wheter you made it to safe room yourself?" he said frustatedly. "I care about you, Audrey. On the top of everything, you're my priority. Get used to it, because I'm not gonna stop."
"I can take care of myself, Peter," she said quietly, dangerously. Sure, the attention was nice, but searching the palace for her during a southern rebel attack was borderline idiocy.

(view spoiler)[
Audrey is very sensible and logical. She likes for things to be black and white, and for everything to make sense. She is very cool and collected, although she rarely allows herself to have fun.
➸ ( ♕ ) Lisbeth Catelyn Stanley | | played by Shahdia
(view spoiler)[
Lisbeth is very cheerful and chatty. She likes to talk, and is a massive gossip. While Lisbeth is very friendly and likable, I would think twice before telling her a secret, because she isn't good at keeping it. Lisbeth is a hopeless romantic, and she's determined to get her girl at least to the Elite. She is very sensitive, and cries at the drop of a hat.
➸ ( ♕ ) Maya Amity Day | | played by G.d.
Imagine a person that screams in anger when a single tree branch falls in the garden. Yes, that would be Maya. She has a hot temper and forked tongue. Don't get her angry or she'll lash out. Mara doesn't have a sense of humor and doesn't respond well to sarcasm. She would rather make fun of someone than laugh at a joke. She has one of those "I don't care" attitudes but really deep down she is loyal to her family and people she loves. Mara isn't afraid to have travel or sneak around, if she is curious about something she'll get to the bottoms with it.["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>
