Just had a look at it. It's a good length, but I really didn't like the font, and found it a bit tricky to read for some reason. The words were great though, and the image of the open door was excellent.

I also would have liked something about a character from the book to entice me a bit more.

I agree with Leonie that the imagery and wording was great. The only bit I had trouble reading was the wording in red at the end. But I came away with no real sense of what kind of story to expect.

Yes, it's sci-fi, it's centered on machine intelligence (and I get a sense that the sentience is accidental, not planned). But that can lead off in all sorts of directions. Dystopian machine-rises-up-against-man like The Matrix or Terminator, utopian machine-as-benevolent-guardian like the Culture novels, bitter-sweet adventure like The Moon is a Harsh Mistress, or tense courtroom battle, or something else.

The title and wording tugged me in different directions at different times and in the end I couldn't make out what kind of audience you were trying to snare.

Sorry but I find the whole concept of a book trailer kind of silly...

Give me a summary blurb anyway.

That said, it is interesting to think if your computer is sentient that turning it off would be murder

Would that mean the computer would be considered the same person after you reboot it?
