I don't really speak french, but I can read it with some effort.
It's the opposite for me! I've had my eye on The Perks Of Being A Wallflower for the longest time but haven't picked it up. Animal Farm, on the other hand, is one of my favourites and I will never get tired of rereading it.
Since both The Perks of Being a Wallflower and Animal Farm have been on my tbr for some time, I am on board with these suggestions." Interesting!! I usually don't read much in french, just a bit of fantasy sometimes, when I can't find a translation in English :) "
I like reading books in their original language as much as I can. With that said, my French isn't good at all (it is only my 4th language), but reading it is somewhat manageable if you know English and Latin.
