When I wrote my book on goal setting I wrote about a concept that works for me - understanding the real reason I wanted the goal, no matter how grandiose, or charitable, or selfish it seemed. And then I found this book. Simon Sinek takes WHY to a new level, finding the WHY for your life, your business, and using that to motivate you and others, as a foundation for decision making and as a source for feeling good about what you do. It has a companion edition, Find your WHY, that gives you the steps to determine your WHY. Both worth the read.
