Do you have one?

Is there like any solid rules for merpeople and such? Because it's kind of vague. I was just asking seeing as the brief description, to me anyways, is sort of hard to write upon and I'm not sure if I'm doing it wrong--And if I am I wouldn't want to rewrite a lot-- and such. Or is it more like a free for all?

Could there be anyway so we could have houses or something???
